Report an outage fast by calling the Automated Outage Reporting System.

If you should experience a power outage, call:

Your outage will be recorded and servicemen will be immediately dispatched to restore the power as quickly as possible.

Help us Restore Your Power:

If your power fails; please turn off all household appliances, computers, televisions, air conditioning and heating units, etc. When power is restored, turn on items as needed one at a time.

Power Restoration During Major Outages

During a major outage, power will be restored in the following priority:

1. Substations
2. Main feeder lines
3. Taps off of the main feeder lines
4. Individual service drops
